Daniel A. Boateng was born in Accra, Ghana, but currently resides in Carpinteria, California. Daniel's life has been carried out as a life of care. As he has grown, he has spent much of his time learning the stories of others, connecting with them through stories of his own. Daniel has returned to Ghana a number of times and has engaged in personal service to give back to the community with the aid of his colleagues in the States. Daniel's leadership skills have proved to be crucial in Changing Lives GH's creation and moving forward towards its success.
Our mission is to revolutionize education and utilize a diverse array of educational programs to advance learning opportunities for children and youth in Ghana. We will kindle a passion for learning that will pave the way for long-lasting progress throughout the nation.
Changing Lives GH was launched from the University of Notre Dame campus by founder Daniel Boateng and his two soccer teammates, Cleveland Sellers and Liam Egan. Cleveland and Liam supported Daniel in realizing his dream of creating a non-profit to help youth in Ghana, and they continue to be generous supporters of the organization.
